Bringing Contact Data from 3rd party API into Emarsys?

Hello Experts,

I just wanted to know what will be the best way to bring data from an external/3rd party Contact API sending data to Emarsys.

Is there any integration as such or what will be the best way?
I believe there should be an alternate way other than converting the JSON to CSV and uploading manually in Emarsys?

Also, when will be the Expert Chat and SaE available for EMARSYS (CEC-EMA) area?

Hi Kunsal,

With my limited knowledge, I can say;

There are several ways to send/load data customer data into Emarsys. If you are going to migrate, you can use the manual import method. You should remember that manual import is a bit of a hassle.Then you can use auto import and API method for daily customer import. I think api management will be healthier.
