You need to implement Enhancement Option(aka BADI) CTICustomerSearch of namespace &lt;A href="http://sap.com/xi/AP/FO/Activity/Global" target="test_blank"&gt;http://sap.com/xi/AP/FO/Activity/Global&lt;/A&gt; via SDK. In BADI you can model the behaviour of customer search for CTI integration.
