SAP C4C Excel Add in error

Every time I try and download the Excel Add-in from my C4C Sales Cloud test tenant I get this error, but I have no other issues accessing other downloads (such as outlook integration).

Any suggestions?

there seems to be an issue with the platfrom , In the meantime, you can download these Add-in's from our SAP ONE Support Launchpad

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter/search and search for example 'excel' and you will get results for each system version.

You can also follow KBA 1568179 - How to use the Software Downloads Center - SAP ONE Support Launchpad, which outlines the steps on how to download your desired plugin.

**Please note, you can only access this software center with an S-user so you may have to reach out to your Partner.
