need "cancel" option in workcenter view for Visits

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to have the option "Cancel" in 'more' option in Visit view so that we have mass update option for cancel operation.(please see attached image_visit1) and the second requirement is that we want to have the option 'set as cancel' as active even though the Visit is in "in process" state(Please see attached image_visit2).

We request your kind answers for the above requirement.
