C4C customer report TOP 20 by expected value need total

Dear Expects,

Please refer the attached snap shots we developed report opportunity list report by EA view name Derma Top 20 which was developed for getting top 20 expected value sorting in descending order we need to get the total of the TOP 20 by expected value in the result row but its showing result of view Derma only its not showing current output displayed sum of expected value.

Please help me to show the sum of top 20 expected value in result correctly.

Hi lhc_123,

You can achieve your requirement by creating a custom key figure. You can create a calculated key figure based on key figure "Expected Value" with Calculate Result As "Total" and add this newly created key figure in the report view.
Now if you check the result row for newly created key figure, it will give you total value of rows displayed as per applied condition.
Please try the same and let me know if you have any further concerns.

thanks for the response i followed your steps and created new custom key figure and added to the report after that total of expected value is showing correctly but no of opportunities showing 57 which should be 20.

Please help me how to show no of opportunities result row as 20.

Hi lhc_123,

"Number of Opportunities" is another key figure and for all specific key figures, you have to create specific custom key figures to get the result value as per condition else result row is designed to display the total of all values regardless of conditions used.
You can go for other custom key figure to get the requirement done.
