I have a additional question regarding the product category. In our rule modell only interactions will be used to calculate the score. What would happen with the rule modell If I choose "applicabe for" than the product category e.g. 4200 - CRM Marketing ? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will the score be calculated completely new or what will be the background of that setting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lukas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear SAP community,&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;within the rule models there is a option called "applicable for". In help portal I look for a explanation and I found this &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/attachments/1918961-score-setting.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;But for me it´s not clear what exactly I can do with that setting. What is background to it? Maybe you can give me a short example. I could e.g. make that rule modell applicable for product category. What will happen, if I choose one product category for this score?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Lukas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if for example you use the attribute "Country" with values Germany and USA, you could create different rule models within one score. So in that case, the score for Contacts from Germany is calculated differently from the score for Contacts from USA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Product categories are related to interactions. So in that case as per my knowledge would only make sense if your score/rule model considers interactions in some way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR Tobias&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN class="mention-scrubbed"&gt;lukaswissing1&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never used the product category in that context, but in my opinion only interactions with category "4200 - CRM Marketing" assigned should be considered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe first add a target group to the rule model and check if or how it changes if you use the product category.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know the score is recalculated if you reactivate it (maybe depending on your saving time, check saving scores page: &lt;A href="https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2102.500/en-US/512b7f054f4349318fd9eb3621fc955b.html)" target="test_blank"&gt;https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2102.500/en-US/512b7f054f4349318fd9eb3621fc955b.html)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR Tobias&lt;/P&gt;</description>
