SAP Marketing: Add triggers after custom campaign action

We are working with SAP Marketing on premise and created some custom campaign action. This action is quite similar to the standard email action - you can select and send some email as well. Now we would like to add triggers (email outbound, link clicked) to this action. However, this is not possible by default:

Is there any way how we can achieve this?

Hi,

Have you copied/maintained the customization in table CUANS_MKTORC_AC to allow trigger as it is maintained for SEND_EMAIL as ACTION_ID?

Hey saurabhkabra2009,

I set it up exactly the same way now. "Outbound Email" can be added as trigger, however, "Click Through" can not be used even if we select some content containing a trackable link in the custom action. Nevertheless, no problem anymore...

We decided to work with custom triggers. Those triggers can be attached to the custom action.
