    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN class="mention-scrubbed"&gt;lisazh&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can maintain the e-mail template in different languages in the workflow configuration. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/attachments/1904099-raql2.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By clicking on the highlighted icon in the above screenshot, you will get a pop-up where you will be able to add templates for different languages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/attachments/1904100-rqios.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can maintain different language templates by clicking the the Add Row button, selecting the language you need from the Language dropdown and then uploading the template for that language.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please refer the above screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Language for workflow rule is determined as below sequence:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If recipient has a user in system, the language would be first read from identity. To check this: Login with Recipient User ID. Go to Personalize-&amp;gt;My Settings-&amp;gt;Language.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If recipient is not a user in system, system's next step would be reading from Business Partner. To check this: Go to Customers -&amp;gt; Accounts/Individual Customer ( Based on recipient is an Individual customer or it is associated with an Account ) -&amp;gt; Language&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If language is not determined from Business Partner, template language in received email should be according to the Language marked as "default" in workflow rule.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the above screenshot, you can see that English is marked as the default language.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nishanth&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have some other issues with getting notifications from multiple email accounts or IMs, I can highly recommend you to use and try &lt;A href="https://p16s.co/" target="_blank"&gt;Purposeful messages&lt;/A&gt; because I use it by myself, and I should admit, that in comparison with other software solutions - it is the best organizing tool for your personal emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
