SAP CARAB and S/4HANA in a Public Cloud Hybrid architecture

Hello,

We are about to deploy SAP CARAB 5.0, the focus would be initially to run POS Data Transfer and Audit

We are already running S/4HANA 2020 on Premises in our own Datacenter, but we cannot not want to invest in new physical servers for CARAB 5.0, to host in our own datacenters.

We were wondering whether running SAP CARAB 5.0 on the Public Cloud (IaaS like AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an option.
