      <title>Empty editor area in attribute pop-up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What could be the problem in the backoffice configuration if the editor-area is emtpy when you double-click an attribute which contains an item and the pop-up opens? E.g. you double-click the attribute Catalog in a Catalog Version. The behavior occurs on ALL attributes of different ItemTypes regardless of the attribute's ItemType.&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The editor area is displayed normally when you open the Item directly from the list.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've encountered this situation in the past. I don't know the exact cause or fix, but I usually try either of these two, and they will fix the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- In Backoffice's Application Orchestrator, run "Reset Everything"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- In HAC, run Platform Update on backoffice-related extensions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try to clear the browser cache.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
