How to Synchronise only particular Group of Customers into SAP Customer Checkout

Hello Experts,

We are using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP07 PL06 with SAP Business One 9.3 PL08.

We are maintaining Customers in two groups in B1 and we want only one group of Customers to Synchronise into SAP Customer Checkout.

How we can achieve this?

Hi Vishnu,

do you try to add only one customer group in the cco settings. After that you have to synchronize the customers.

Yes, I tried it but that's not working. Even though I didn't add that customer group in the checkout, All the customers are synchronising.

Hello Nithin,

By default, CCO synchronizes all customers from SAP B1 to SAP Customer Checkout, including active and inactive customers.

You may try to achieve your needs via B1if extension point.
