      <title>How to clear area of Interaction Center Alert.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am raising interaction alert using below code. I call the same alert on BuAgConfirmed and BuAgReset events. The requirement is to clear/reset the alert when the event is BuAgReset. &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;PRE&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;fb = session-&amp;gt;get_factbase( ).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CALL METHOD me-&amp;gt;set_fb_attr_by_id
EXPORTING
  id    = lv_id
  value = lv_value.&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I tried using the below, but it doesn't work. &lt;/P&gt;
