I am trying to send email notification on text log change to message reporter in SAP ITSM Service Request. But this action won't get scheduled on the tickets!

Hello Njoud,

To send notification on text change is a very in demand feature. Unfortunately the condition &NEW_TEXT_FOUND works in standard only with deprecated watchlist functionality. As far as i know there is no other solution except custom development for this.
