Hello Expert,

Is it possible to Integrate Yellow Page with SAP C4C. we have an requirement to integrate yellow page with SAP C4C. If it is possible then what will be the flow and steps to integrate yellow page with SAP C4C.

Please help on priority.

Hello Ashish,

There is no standard integration provided by SAP between C4C and Yellow Page. But based on your requirement(what data you want to replicate or get or post), you can chose to use the Odata services offered by C4C. So either the Yellow page directly or any middleware like CPI should be able to invoke these odata calls so get or post information in C4C.

Hello Ashish, Are you looking to integrate the Yellow Pages at an agent level (ex. to resolve a phone number of an incoming call), or from a workflow / back-end perspective (ex. to pull in local business information as leads)? A little more information on your use cases would be helpful.
