SAC stories doesnt appear in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi,

I`m configuring the integration between SAP Marketing Cloud ans SAP Analytics Cloud. In SAC i create the connection to SAP Mktng Cloud, and import the SAP Marketing Cloud Reports Package.

But, in SAP Marketing Cloud, in reports gallery i cant see the Stories, and, in the log, it shows me the following error message:

Exception details: Error accessing Secure Store administration. Exception CX_OA2C_SECSTORE_ADM was raised in method GET_STORY_LIST (triggered in include CL_OA2C_CLIENT================CM00I line 68)

Can someone help me?

Did you follow all steps from the following guide?

Is SAC and MKC connected to the same IDP and have both certificates been exchanged?

Hi Theo,

Thanks for your answer. Effectively, i follow all the steps in the configuration guide. SAC an MKC are connected in the same IDP. The certifiates was exchange according with the guide.

At the end of the process, the system don't show me the login error in SAC. I log in directly with the user, and in MMC it shows me the error that i wrote.

Hi Carlos,

Please log a support ticket so that the team can help you to troubleshoot. I myself set up this integration scenario just a few days ago and it worked without problems. So it might be that there's something wrong in the config.

Hi Theo, thanks for your answer.

I'm checking my configuration. I have a doubt and I hope you to help me. In SAP MKC I looked in with the user email, but in SAC Configuration I user the User ID from the IDP, in this case is just de User without @XXXX.XXX.

Could you please confirm me if in your configuration yo use the same user ID to logged in in both systems?

In SAP MKC it shows me the following errors:

Hi carlosfernando.rivasguerrero,

could you please check the following:

In SAC check Menu -> Security -> Users and have a look at the name in the column SAML USER MAPPING

In IAS check that this is the Login Name that is maintained for your User

and also in the IAS under Applications check that SAC is using the Login Name as Name ID Attribute.

Could you please confirm?

I'm check and everything is o.k.

I create a SAP Support Note and they ask me to check the following:

- Ensure that under Outbound Services, both UI Link Navigation and Retrieve Stories have Service Status checked (= Active)."

- Please also make sure that in your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant, under Menu - System - Administration - App Integration - Trusted Origins, your S4HANA has been added as a trusted origin?

- Finally, please make sure your S4HANA users have the following roles; SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR

This configuration is ok too in the system.

Hi all,

The problem was solved. I can see the SAC Stories in SAP MKC. It was an authentication error in configuration in SAP MKC.

When i access the strories they show me an error, but i think that is related with data.

We had to check the configuration again. The problem was in the configuration of the Hana Live Connection in SAC to SAP MKC. We follow again the steps in the guide and the incident was solved.
