Transport organizational structure from one system to another

Hi Everyone.

I'm trying to transport a organizational structure ( tx: PPOMA_CRM ) from one crm system to another.

My organizational structure is like this

ORG UNIT -> BP

+- POSITION -> BP

But very big.

You know a proper way to transport this to one systen to another.

I'm afraid you can't transport the orgmodel because is master data, the only option I know is extract/load the data with with custom report/s, for example.

Hi Diego,

For transporting org model from one system to other, Please use the below steps

Transporting the Organizational Model includes
- Setup of the initial transport
- Setup of the delta transport (RUN Entire structure)
- Setup of the individual transport ( RUN individual Object)

Setup of the initial transport

Enter SE38 (ABAP Editor)
Go to the program RHMOVE30
The first section to fill in, is the Objects Section –
- Plan Version – enter 01 for current plan
- Object Type – enter O for organizational unit
- Object ID – select org by pressing (F4) or clicking the grey circle.
The choose which units are to be transferred, place a tick next to the org units you want to transfer, in this case
Capture the org unit and other details in a transport

Setup of the delta transport (RUN Entire structure)

Step 1: Run SE38 (ABAP Editor)
Step 2: Run program RHMOVE50 (All changes)
Step 3: Click Execute

Individual Transport – Transport individual object.

Step 1: Run SE38 (ABAP Editor)
Step 2: Run program RHMOVE30 (Individual Object)
Step 3: Click Execute
