connection between Transaction ID and business partner ID

Hi ,

I'm an ABAP programmer and I'm relatively inexperienced in CRM. For an evaluation in a connected system I need to create an overview about business activities ( sales on the side, communication on the other ) for a selected business partner .

For that I would use the function module CRM_ORDER_READ . The list of GUID could I find in the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H. But I miss the connection from business partners to object ID (transaction ID). How can I get this connection?

Hi,

following following step to identify the partner transaction relationship

Pass the transaction no. in table "CRMD_ORDERADM_H" to get the Object GUID.
Pass the transaction object GUID in table "CRMD_LINK" in field "GUID_HI" ( You can filter this table more if required like "OBJTYPE-SET = 7")
From table "CRMD_LINK" you will get GUID in field "GUID_SET"
In table 'CRMD_PARTNER" in field 'OBJECT_GUID" pass the value which you had received from table "CRMD_LINK"
In table "CRMD_Partner" under field "Partner_NO" you will get the BP Guid. pass this Guid in table "BUT000" to get the BP no.

Hi veronika,
I think you can for BAPI to get it.. For example if u want to Business Partner details related to opportunity you can go for the following BAPI bapi_opportunity_getdetailmul where you can all the details related to opportunity or opportunities

Hi Darwin,

in the first step I don't know which kind of transaction I have. I need an overview about all transaction for a special (selected) business partner. The mentioned BAPI could be the right for the next step, when I'll read the details for the transactions.

Did you tried this BAPI with filling only the partnerinformation ?

I have the same issue, I'm required list all Business transactions where a BP id is used... Did you come right with this request as any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Raveen,

You can follow the below steps to get all the CRM transactions linked to a BP.

* Pass the CRM transaction number in CRMD_ORDERADM_H to get the Object GUID.

* Pass the object GUID in CRMD_ORDER_INDEX to get the BP details associated with the transaction.

You can also use the reverse method to get all the CRM transactions linked with a particular BP.

If you're having issues with PFT_X fields in CRMD_ORDER_INDEX table, this thread might help.
