C4C - What are the standard options for transferring Account Attachments from C4C to ECC via PI

Hi,

We have a C4C tenant integrated with ECC through PI. The Accounts created in C4C are replicated into ECC via the standard mechanisms. We would like to also transfer any attachments the account may have on this replication as the accounts trigger an approval workflow in ECC.

I can't find any documentation from SAP that says this is possible by standard. One option is, in our view, to pull the Account attachments via OData, with ECC or PI calling the C4C odata service to grab those attachments. This works but as far as i know requires custom developments in PI or ECC.

The question is: Are there any standard mechanisms to enable the transfer of Account attachments along with the Accounts from C4C into ECC?

Hi Tiago,

Currently we do not have standard interface for replication of attachments for Customers from C4C to ERP. Kindly continue using the OData interface.
