Executive Dash Board apps are not opening with Marketing Executive user

I am trying to open the "Executive Dash board" apps with Marketing Executive user and a new tab is getting opened but it says

"This site cannot be reached. DNS Address cannot be found. Diagnosing the problem."

The user has necessary roles and authorizations as mentioned in the 1709 SP01 security guide.

Experts, Could you please help in resolving the issue.

please follow chapter "Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in Integration Guide for SAP Hybris Marketing 1709 SP01
( https://help.sap.com/viewer/e68e4c8c856d429b85c2a7370c3553ae/1802%20YMKT/en-US/3164d452b44440b1bffd2fc3b1d30692.html ).

I expect, that RFC destination "BOC", which is used as System Alias in target mapping "BOCStoryList-configuration" is not maintained.
Please check with SM59 the values of "BOC". They should contain the address of SAP Analytics CLoud.
