  &lt;P&gt;i am trying to restrict users to access "individual customers" view based on territory &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;but each time all individual customers shows &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if the other Individual customers who does not belong to the logged in User's territory are assigned to any territory. If the Individual customers are homeless , they will be displayed to all the users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also it might also be due to Access forwarding, i.e, if the logged in user is the "Last Changed by" of the Individual customer, then he/she will have access to the customer irrespective of the Access restriction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can check how the user has access to a specific BO from the Administrator WC=&amp;gt; General settings =&amp;gt; Users =&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check User's Authorization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess the view has everything self explanatory. You will have to enter the &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Business User: Technical ID of the User &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Business Object ID: BP ID of the customer for which the user is not supposed to have the access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Business Object Type: 147 - Business Partner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;P&gt;Arun&lt;/P&gt;</description>
