The Sentiment Engagement app shows the uploaded post as unknown however.</P> <P>If I go to Contacts now, search by email I find both the Anonymous and the known contact/customer. Merging these records always overwrites the known record and the remaining combined record is saved as Anonymous deleting all the additional (known ) data of the customer...why is that?
