  &lt;P&gt;Just create two master pages in adobe live cycle and then customer will have two PDF PAGES in one PDF but you can get two PDFs from one Form Template.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Different PDF forms in one Sales Quote</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I have designed and assigned a custom pdf form for sales quotes. This pdf form is called "Cover" and includes details about sales quote.&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;Customer wants two different pdf forms as cover and items. I have designed another pdf form for items. Do i have a chance to add two different forms in one sales quote ? It only lets me to add one pdf form.&lt;/P&gt;

  &lt;P&gt;You can assign different form to sales quote by defining Form Template selection rules accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;Use the below mentioned path and define the rule&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;UL&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Go to Administrator workcenter&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Go to Input &amp;amp; Output Management tab&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Select Form Template Selection Tab&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Select Show rules for as" Sales Quote" and press go&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Add row and define your required rules.(Check Adapt column to add some fields as well)&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Ex. If Document Type = ZSQ &amp;amp; Customer A, Assign FORM A&lt;/LI&gt; 
   &lt;LI&gt;Ex. If Document Type = ZSQ &amp;amp; Customer B, Assign FORM B&lt;/LI&gt; 
  &lt;/UL&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;If this is not fitting your requirement,pls check with your technical team to see the feasibility of doing this in SDK as enhancement.&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that valuable data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think the propose solution also can fit in a Rollo Out in which I´m thinking to use the same Document Type for quotation for multiple Sales organizations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the beginning, I thought I can create new Document Types for the new Sales Org. but the users refuse to do that since they said there are a lot of background validations and checking with Z developments, so I conclude would be less complicated to re-use the existing docs. for the new Roll Out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for the advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Nicolas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you will be able to use the same document type for roll out having different sales org.
