C4C Archive functionality

Dear Cloud Experts,

we are missing an archive functionality in C4C. We are not able to automatically delete the activity after archiving in SAP CRM for example. Is there a feature planned for coming releases? Or do we need to use workarounds?

Hello Rufat,

I remember the incident with this situation that reached my end - I tried to research a possible workaround for this, but I was not successful yet.

My suggestion is now to seek this in our Customer Influence Site where our Product Managers can evaluate the request and inform you of any roadmaps planned on it.

sorry for my delayed response! Thank you, we also contacted the respective team responsible for archiving and are still in contact regarding updates. It is currently under development with no release date yet. Have a nice week! 🙂

Any progress on this? With now having MDG not being able to archive is complicating things.
