CCO Discount limit exceeded message

How can I set or change the discount percentage limit?

When I try to apply a discount higher than 50% I get a message requesting authorization from a authorized user, however, I have not set any discount limit neither in CCO nor in Sap Busines One

Hello Omar,

This limit is defined in the user's Permissions.

If the parameter "Enable central user management" is enabled in the integration settings in CCO > Configuration > Integration > SAP Customer Checkout Manager, check the user permission (Give discount) in the SAP Customer Checkout Manager > Users > "Find the user" > Permissions, here you can define the maximum discount allowed for the user.

If the parameter "Enable central user management" is inactive in the integration settings in CCO > Configuration > Integration > SAP Customer Checkout Manager, check the user permission directly in CCO.
Configuration > User > 'Find the user' > and define the maximum discount allowed for the user.
