Unable to navigate from NAME_TEXT - Target Group - Hybris Marketing

Hi guys,

Working on Hybris Markeing On- Premise solution.

We have created a custom segmentation profile and have assigned a custom data source and have mapped the key likewise.

However, while giving the link that navigates from the Target group contact to contact's Golden record, it doesnt work because of key not getting passed properly .

So we have added our custom link in -

/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/CUAN_NAV_TO/index.html?sap-hpa-mapper=ICONTACT_TI_TG_MAPPER&key=::CONTACT_KEY::

In place of CONTACT_KEY we have used our custom key name.

Please advice.

Thanks for your reply. This seems to be very similar to our issue , but our attribute is already having global identifier as type defined.

We are using custom segmentation profile and custom segmentation attibutes. One of the the attribute is used as a key.

We have passed this key in the link, but it doesnt navigate while we click on it.

Thanks Saurabh ! With the note's help I resolved this by giving the new URL as provided into the note.

Correct URL -
