Problems with generating tickets from maintenance plan

Hello

I am new to the Hybris Cloud for customer, but I have created what i think i need to get the system to create tickets from the maintenance plan, but something is missing. When i run simulate on the maintenence plan it says "work tickets would have been created for the following objects" listing 3 func.locs in the plan. But I am not able to get the plan scehduled and actually creating the tickets. Any tips on where i might start looking?

Hello Ivar,

You can search in the Help Center , there are many document relevant to Maintenance Plan for e.g. -

"Maintenance Plans" ,"Configuring Maintenance Plan Runs", "Create Maintenance Plans" ,"Show Maintenance Plan in Ticket" etc..

You need set up an MDRO job, check this blog for more details -

You might see some minor changes on the UI when comparing with the screenshots on this blog but the main steps remain the same.
