Hi Gurus,

I am Basis consultant and have been requested to resolve follwoing issue :

As we planned to upgrade from 4.6C to ERP 6.0, we would like to use Productive system Customizing to create new DEV environnement as existing isn't so proper...

Thus, we resfreshed Simulation system with Productive datan client 222, and created a new client 333 within SAP_CUST copy profil.

Client 333 should become Customizing client as referential.

Client 222 should become Development client.

But we met issue when trying to modify objects (although they were customer-specific objects and not standard's) which informed us that we could'nt modify those objects as original system was different.

The problem seems to result from the system ID (existing DEV) in the catalog entry which is not the same than our SAP system (Simulation)

Did someone already met isseu as I am sure that we are not the first to test such a solution to create a proper DEV environment before upgarding to ERP 6.0?

Thanks to all and in advance for any insight or help.

Rgds.

Zulain
