topic Issues with SWNC_STATREC_READ function in Application Development and Automation Discussions

Dear All,

We are using SWNC_STATREC_READ function to get statistics records from the normal table. The date-time filter available with the function is not giving the desired output. For instance when we select the start-date :30.01.2017 time : 16:00:00 and end-date: 30.01.2017 time : 17:00:00 , we records in the output(screenshot-attached: img_1)

but if we change the start-time :30.01.2017 time: 16:05:00 we get no record in the output(screenshot-attached: img_2).

We have verified that the normal table has records with time-stamp greater that 16:05:00.
Note that in screenshot-3(img_3) the time frame is 16:00:00 to 16:05:00 and number of records are less than those in (16:00:00 - 17:00:00) indicating that there are some records in time-frame 16:05:00 - 17:00:00 .

Any thoughts what could be the issue here?

Also note that the start-date is 2 days back from the current date(01.02.2017). The function does not return any data if we have time-frame within last two days from the current date. There is a thread related to this https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/225413 but that doesn't help us. What could be the issue here?

Additional Information

SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8

SAP BASIS 750

Thanks
