    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     HR is a module in sap..just like MM,PP SD,FI etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here you deal with the human resource managment of the company for which you ar implementing this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it has various acitivity like &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;employee hiring, his data entry, employess training management..and a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here you deal with special type of sap table like entity called infotypes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;like PA0000, PA0001,PA2001...etc each infotype store data for special catagory, like personal detail, master data, absence data,etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And for all detail &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sap-img.com/sap-hr.htm" target="test_blank"&gt;http://www.sap-img.com/sap-hr.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please give points if it helps you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Raja Sekhar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, there is some difference in the two. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Difference lies basically in the use. In HR-ABAP, focus is on heavy use of logical database, cluster tables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, programming approach changes somewhat for HR programming although it is ABAP only.
