Can anybody tell the name of BAPI for creating SERVICE NOTIFICATION u2013 GENERAL, if it is available in SAP system?.

BAPI_SERVNOT_MODIFY_DATA Modify a service notification or associated subdata

BAPI_SERVNOT_POSTPONE Postpone service notification

BAPI_SERVNOT_PUTINPROGRESS Put in process a service notification

BAPI_SERVNOT_SAVE Save service notification

BAPI_SERVNOT_CLOSE Complete service notification

Hi There.

I would like to suggest a few,

BAPI_SERVICENOTIFICAT_CREATE - Create service notification

BAPI_SERVNOT_CREATE - Create service notification 2.

BAPI_SERVICENOTIFICAT_GETLIST - Select service notifications according to customer or contact person.

BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CHANGEUSRSTAT - Change User Status of a PM/CS Notification

BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE - Create PM/CS Notification.
