    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are many things you need to keep in mind while Implementing HR security.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.If your organisation requires structural authorization&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.if yes it needs to be activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.which HR auth objects need to be checked, this needs to be configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.if you will be using CUA for role assignment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 also need to keep in mind which feilds in roles need to be made org. level.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest it all depends on the type of HR security you need to implement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are various documents where you can read and understan better about HR security.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;J G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi , I have been through the course HR940.I have started implementing Security for HR in my company .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Can i get some tips on things i should beware while implementation of HR security &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Do's and dont's for HR security implementation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) fields i should consider for making org level&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
