HR master data replication

Hi,

we have a central R/3 server and separate HR server.

i already replicated onjects, relation ships, employee groups and subgroups to HR server from R/3 using ALE.

Now i am trying to replicate personnel data.

I am not getting any errors in both inbound or outbound idoc.but i didnt see any data in HR infotype tables.

HR configuration in both the servers are not same.

My fn consultant was telling me that HR configuration need not be the same when we replicate using ALE.

so can any one please let me know what all the prerequisites for replicating HR personnel data?

Hi Lavanya,

Try it out with the transaction WE19 to replicate the data.

Give the previous IDOC no for which you want to replicate.
