    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deinstall it completely via START-&amp;gt;Control Panel-&amp;gt;Add or Remove programs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you save your saplogon.ini which is stored in C:\WINDOWS first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It contains your system entries for the SAPGui.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then reboot and install the new version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new in ABAP, So I am trying to create a screen but now the problem is that when I try to change the attributes it gives me an error message "Place the cursor on a name that is not empty" and the options are greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other problem is that, I am in the graphical layout editor but I cannot find the drag and drop options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please assist me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanx in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, did you check under Utilities-&amp;gt;Settings-&amp;gt;Screen Painter if the flag is set for 'Graphical layout editor'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
