Call Transaction..

Hi,

I am using BAPI to create Purchase order , my problem is after created the purchase order i need to create Inbound Delivery with help of Call transaction.

when i execute in the night time it is working fine in background but when i execute in day time it doesn't work . can you please give some suggestion to fix this problem.

what is the exact error you are getting ?

Hi Kannan,

This may be due to load on the server during day time.After Bapi add some wait time and use enquee/Dequee locks. We have similar issue SAP suggested to improve system performance .

You can use RZL_SLEEP function module for the delay between transaction.

After creating Purchase Order using BAPI, call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT and pass 'X' to WAIT parameter. This will solve your problem.

Hi,

I have solved myself. now i got the two more issues.

1 . i am fetching netprice from flatfile. i can see the same netprice while debug the BAPI function module, but after creating the PO the netprice got changed means some value does overwrite that flatfile netvalue.

2. we have Our reference and your reference fields on header detail in PO. here also while i debug i can see the value but after creating the PO no values are there.

kindly give suggestion to fix this problems.

Kannan,

Please check PO user exits. They may be overwriting the values which you are passing to the BAPI.

Hi,

Please check any user exits/Badis active in PO creation wahich may chaning your net price/Reference values.

Please check whether you are passing 'X' to POHEADERX-our_ref and POHEADERX-REF_1 fields .
