hii,I m creating order confirmation report for SALES AND DISTRIBUTION. Can any one tell me the tables where i can get the fields listed below.

packing slip number,

GRN no.,

destination address,

transport,

freight,

payment terms.

Hi,

Order Confirmation in S& D we go for Tcodes VA01.

Tables related to that are-

VBAK-Sales Document: Header Data

VBAP-(Sales-Items)

VBUK- (Sales Document: Header Status and Administrative Data)

VBUP-Sales Document: Item Status

LIKP-Delivery Header- From this table get the SHip to party and from that number (KUNNR) try to get the address from KNA1 table..

BKKPOHD (Payment Order, Header Data)

MKPF(MAterial Doc:Header)

VTTK(SHipment Tbale)

packing slip number(Refer to Delivery nite number while in transportation it is given)

GRN no.(LIP-XABLN refer to BELNR)

destination address(get the Ship to party from VBAK and then get the KUNNR adress dfrom KNA1),

transport (VTTK-TKNUM)

freight (VBAP-MFRGR)

payment terms (VBKD).
