Error creating/changing customer with bapi

Hi,

I'm using BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA and BAPI_CUSTOMER_CHANGEFROMDATA to create and change a customer. If i submit in the adress data the treatment of the customer the bapi return error "treatment not valid". Without it, the customer is created correctly.

I tried with any correct treatment and always the bapis raises the same error.

Anybody have had the same problem?

Hi,

Try to create customer manually and provide data for treatment of customer, if you are able to do it with XD01 then you can also do it with BAPI FM. Check first whether you are able to do it manually or not.

What do you mean with "Treatment" in the address data (e.g. which field)?

The field i want to inform is the treatment of the customer (Mr. for example).

If I create the customer with XD01 informing the treatment and it's created correctly but, informing the same in the bapis i get and error.

Ok, the name of the field is Title in our system. Take a look in table TSAD3T; here you will find the keys to be used in the BAPI.
