In the transaction code LIBS in the application tool bar we have a tab called 'Help Texts'. On clicking this we are getting a window with explanation. </P><P></P><P>This text for this is fetched from DOKTL table. Can anyone tell me how to create the same type of explanation window in our custom program.</P><P></P><P>I need to know when and how this table 'DOKTL' is getting filled?.
