    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI Pankaj,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;       I dont know much more about this archiving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a simple idea.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First of all go to T-code SARA , entert the object name(PR_ORDER) and select the database table , from here u can get all the table used in this object. I think there are 181 tables are used.Note down the tables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now go to T-code --DB02  and select detailed analysis tab give ur  table name , from here u can find out total memory space taken by table in sap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOw go to T-code TAANA  , go for back ground job schedule for each table and find out the total entries in the table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;REward if helpful........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one explain what steps needs to be taken for archiving PR_ORDER.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for below scenario:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Setting up of Residence time for process order and how it works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If any additional steps needs to be taken care to archive Process Orders, apart from the process which is followed to archive data from SAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pankaj.K.S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Baidyanath,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help. I have done all this excercises before, but thing here is the preprocessor job is setting the deletion flag and deletion indicator and the write job is not archiving that data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you have any information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pankaj.K.S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
