    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes SPOOL Request is automatically generated by the system...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can specify to the system to generate a new spool request when you execute a printer program...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check that generated spool numbers in transaction SP01.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the System TAB you will find OWN SPOOL REQUEST option...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on it and you will get all the spool request number generated by the system and there u will find your username and also the print program name...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use that number for your necessary operation like converting into PDF or anyother...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this would be helpful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Narin Nandivada&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Srinivas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing is dynamic in SAP. For every thing there will be number ranges assigned(From SPRO settings). So when ever we create a new spool the system will take last created number and add one to it and creates new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can u explain ur requirement more clear. U can check the table &lt;STRONG&gt;TSP01&lt;/STRONG&gt; for getting spool numbers(May be u can use it to know Max number created). Also system variable &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;sy-spono&lt;/STRONG&gt; stores spool number that got created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vinod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
