Hi All,

I am working with the LSMW for creating SALES ORDER using BAPI.

For your information :

Business Object : BUS2032

Method : CREATEFROMDAT2

Message type : SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

I want to handle table control for multiple line items while creating Sales order.Help me in this regard.

Provide me detailed approach.

why using LSMW?

You can use BAPI to create SALES Order from a custom program.

I am not sure if table controls can be handled in LSMW

Hi ravee,

Using a BatchInput program with Recording can provide you many solutions. I think its tedious to think about coding in LSMW. Batchinput provides you a scope of reprocessing a record if it fails while creating a sales order. So better use Batchinput for this.

Hi, How you will get the data? Heade in separate row and items in separate rows or for every item, will the header repeat?

I thought of taking the records in the same file like this

H1 0001 01 01......<---Header record

I1 mat1.................<---Line item

I2 .....

But i don't know how to handle the table control

Hi,

i will give u an idea..

take the one structure as H1(Header1) and header details

take the another structure as child to the above with H1 and item details..

example

H1 0001 01 01......<---Header record
       H1 mat1 100         <-- Item 1 of header 1
       H1 mat2 200          <-- Item 2 of header
   H2 0001 01 01......<---Header record
       H2 mat1 100         <-- Item 1 of header 1
       H2 mat2 200          <-- Item 2 of header

in the structure mapping step(4), assign the header to header taget structures and item to item structure like E1BPSDITM, E1BPSDITMX

Note: my strong opinion is that, you can better handle this thru program than LSMW
