hi,

Actually, i want out put type, application, SAP Script or Smartform name and program name of transaction code ( F.64 ). i.e. correspondance Maintain request.

see table tnapr - show output type ,pgmname,script name

transaction NACE -> shows the detailed information

Manoj,

In order for correspondences to be maintained on the basis of requests, the following requirements must be met:

1. Configuration
The correspondence types you requested must be configured by means of the Financial Accounting configuration menu in the suboption Business volume -> Correspondence. You will find detailed information on the configuration of the individual correspondence types in the documentation for the correspondence print reports. The name of the print reports delivered in the standard system always starts with the letters RFKORD.
2. The user carrying out this report must have requested correspondences.

In SPRO follow this path.

Form 16A

Financial Accounting

Global settings

withholding tax

Extended Witholdong tax

POstings

India

Withholding tax certificates for vendors

maintain no.groups and script forms.

For cheques and Payment Advisory.

Go to FBZP

click on printmethods in company code

click on position

give Company code and payment method

then in the next screen double click on the payment method

This way you will get to see the forms assigned to it.

For Forms for Correspondence.

correspondence

define form names for correspondence print.

Program name is RFKORD00. Why can't do debug and find the requirements?
