You can create tables in SAP starting with either Y or Z ...

ztable means a custom table created by you ...

Ex: ZTEST ...

Ztable is nothing but custom table created by a developer..it can start with "Z" or "Y" name space.

hi,

Ztable is the table which is cutom table means it is created by you.

If it starts with Z...that is transportable.

If it starts with Y...that is local object which is not transportable.

hiii

ztable is just custom table ..its facility that SAP provides us to create our own table in SAP in to make it different from others.you can create Y or Z table in SAP & then after you can easily insert modify or delete data from it.SAP will not give access to perform all these operations other then Y or Z table.you need to have access key for that or other way.
