The requirment can be satisfied by creating role and assighning the particular transactions.

This will be done by the basis people.

Generally we have predifined roles which were given by sap.

If we want to create separate role then it has to be done by basis people.

Hi Jai,

Actually SAP has created some predefined roles wherein which the basis people create the user record for a particular role.

Each role has authorisations for some transactions only.

So if u want to create your own role or customised role go to transaction PFCG where you can create your customised role.
