Hi All,

We have recently applied support packs SAPKH47018 to SAPKH47029 on our system and are comparing the differences between the two systems.

One issue is as follows

We pack deliveries with a scanner. On the packing screen there are four boxes. In the system with the applied support packs, when you scan the first batch, SAP console does not move the cursor down to the next line automatically for the second batch to be scanned. The system will just keep scanning onto the first line until it runs out of room. In the old system, once you hit the scanning button, it automatically went onto the next screen.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks in advance,

Finbarr

Hi,

something similar happend to me and the problem was that the scanner

needed a script to do the Input/tabulator or (CR_LF)carriage return/line feed so that whenever a field received an input the field was cleared and ready for another value.

Best regards.
