    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                   I can fix  the printer as default one with the steps you have said...I have created a page format and assignred it to a format and assigned th format to the output dvice,while iam printing  the printer iam getting as the default one which i have set  but i am unable to set the format as the default one..as the printer has many formats to choose from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited by: sandeep akella on Jun 4, 2008 8:39 AM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;         In SPAD tr. I have created my own  FORMAT and assigned it to a output device(a printer)...I have around 10 printers at different locations and i want to make one of them as default one with the FORMAT that i have created as default one....do help me in solving this problem...points will be rewarded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the menu bar -&amp;gt; System -&amp;gt; User Profile -&amp;gt; Own Data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then click on the Defaults tab and give the default name there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward points if useful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;amp; Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vinsee&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  i think we not assigned printer to FORMAT , but FORMAT to printer in t.code SPAD, there u required to assign FORMAT to device type which ur's OUT PUT type using for printing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so it will get attached to printer OUT PUT type using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
