Reg:Formatting in Text Editor

Hello All,

i am having an issue with the text editor i.e the content in the text editor what i gave is just for example,

Close to 2 years of software development experience in the areas of,

u2022 ERP- SAP 4.6B and ECC 6.0

u2022 Web Dynpro for ABAP Development

u2022 Java Developer

when this data's are converting to my internal table the format is

ERP- SAP 4.6B and ECC 6.0*
Web Dynpro for ABAP Development*
Java Developer*

when i again display this data to the text editor it comes in the # format but i need the same bullet format again how can in achieve this scenario.

Note : when am giving two bullets in the text editor i am able to retrieve the bullets back but if exceeds its giving the # instead of bullets.

Hi,

Check the foll code...

copy paste the code in editor and execute....give the text with bullets and execute....go back and again execute.....

u can find the text appearing again with bullets every thing...

i think u hav 2 use the methods get/set_text_as_r3table .......

PARAMETER p.                           " Dummy

DATA : container   TYPE REF TO cl_gui_docking_container,
       text_editor TYPE REF TO cl_gui_textedit,
       lt_texttab  TYPE soli_tab.

AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.

  CREATE OBJECT container EXPORTING repid      = sy-repid
                                    dynnr      = sy-dynnr
                                    side       = cl_gui_docking_container=>dock_at_left
                                    extension  = '99999' .

  CREATE OBJECT text_editor EXPORTING parent            = container
                                      wordwrap_mode     = '2'
                                      wordwrap_position = '250'.

  IMPORT lt_texttab FROM MEMORY ID 'ABCD'.

  text_editor->set_text_as_r3table( EXPORTING table = lt_texttab[] ).

AT SELECTION-SCREEN.

  text_editor->get_text_as_r3table( IMPORTING table = lt_texttab[] ).

  EXPORT lt_texttab TO MEMORY ID 'ABCD'.
