Change document for Z table

Hi Experts..

I need to create change document for a Z table..means if there wiil be any change in any field in need to be captured..

I know it can be done by Tcode SCDO. But i am getting confused how to use FM generated from this T code.

Does anyone having sample program on this.

Answers will be rewarded.

hi....

when u create change document object in SCDO Transaction

one function module starting with the name of yoyr change documnet object will be genrated.Also two include programs are generated.

FZDOCCDT-FOR DATA DECLARATIONS

FZDOCCDC-FOR MODULE CALL

In the include program fzdoccdc

call function zdodc_write_document-This is the generated function module.

Then use this included in your program.

program....

data.....

include fzdoc

move....to *stable "old record

move....to stable "new record

call function 'update_stable'

in update task

exporting....

perform cd_call_zdodc. "this perform will call the generated f "unction module

commit work...

include fzdoccdc.
