hi to all experts,

i am new for HR-ABAP.

i saw in the a openings regarding HR-ABAP .

in this expecting the Experience in Payroll , PA , OM.

i know that these all are integrated in hr.

then what is the exact meaning of recomendig this type of Experience in Pyroll , PA , OM .

There almost 16 different modules integereted in HR,so compnay wants a specilalized programmer in either Payroll or Time Management or PA or OM.That means u should be profecient in this module.

Lets say Iam proficient in payroll then I would easily know how to create reports for different wage types or how to create a report showing only Quarterly Payroll runs.Hope u r doubt would be clear.
