Uploading excel

I have a problem uploading an excel, i have to upload some cells that can have 1000 characters, so i can´t use nor cells methods nor 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE', when i save it like tabulated file or csv file and i use ws_upload, it works, but when the excel file has " or ', and i save it in tabulated file or csv file it generates another " or ', so i need another solution, can anybody help me please?
