      <title>Problem Changing dataelement</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to implement one note where i need to change structure components .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In otherwords we can say i have to change the domain of the data element.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the access key for that data element i am trying it but data element is not opening in change mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that we cannot change domain of data element or the access key is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help me out for this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vikrant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
